Reservation Procedure

1. Fill out the registration form below
2. Immediately after completing the form, you will receive a summary of your selections by email – this means we have your reservation. If the message didn’t arrive – please fill out the form again!
3. We process your application – usually within 12 hours of the reservation, you will receive a detailed calculation and bank account number
4. A 2-day payment deadline applies for the full amount or the first installment, depending on your payment choice
5. After receiving the deposit or full payment, no later than 14 working days, the Tour Operator Globtrans will send the contract for participation in the tourist event (it is necessary to send back the signed contract to the Organizer)
